We had a lovely stay with delicious breakfast options and really enjoyed the serene garden area for relaxation. The free parking was a nice bonus. The cozy corner in the lobby where we could hang out made it feel like home. Our only hiccup was some weak wifi at times, but it didn't bother us much overall. 😊

Breakfast was a feast! I loved the halal options and the generous portions ensured no one left hungry. Plus, the staff were super helpful, and the little shop nearby was a gem for quick snacks.
The room had dark hair scattered about, and it could've done with a deeper clean. I also spotted some spider webs that were a bit of a downer. It did feel like a challenge not to touch the floor!

The hotel is conveniently located near the city attractions.
During my stay, I encountered several issues that greatly affected my experience. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable, with dark hairs scattered everywhere and even spider webs in the corners. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, giving a poor impression overall.

Charging extra for a pet even when leaving early is illogical!!! Poor window cleaning in the room is off-putting!!! Wifi should work consistently on all floors!!! Consider improving bathroom cleanliness to make it more welcoming!!!

The staff, particularly Mohamed at the reception, were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us with rebooking our room.
The room we stayed in had outdated furnishings, and I noticed a musty odor that wasn't very pleasant. The cleanliness also could use improvement, as the bathroom showed signs of neglect.

Great stay with awesome staff!
We had a nice stay for a night. Super friendly staff helped us when we needed an early breakfast. The beds were comfy, and the place was really clean. Only bummer was that some lights in our room didn’t work, but we made it work! Enjoyed a nice continental breakfast too!
